As this milestone approaches, The Browns are honored to be its stewards at such a meaningful time. It feels less like ownership and more like a responsibility to carry its story forward. Its worn floors and weathered walls speak of another era. Though time has left its mark, the building’s spirit remains intact. There is beauty in its imperfections, strength in its survival, and history in every detail. The Browns plan to breathe new life into the space while honoring its past. The restored building will include retail shops, a restaurant, boutique short-term rentals, and at the center of it all, The Vault — Enter a world of refinement, intrigue and discretion.
